How to Manage Notification Preferences
- Log in to your Rackwave client portal.
- Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner.
- Select My Account → Notification Preferences (or similar label in the left sidebar).
- You will see a list of all notification categories with toggle switches.
- Enable or disable each notification type using the toggle.
- Click Save Preferences.
Adding Additional Notification Recipients
By default, all notifications are sent to your registered email address. You can add additional recipients — for example, your accounts team for billing notifications or a technical lead for subscription alerts:
- Go to My Account → Contacts or Additional Contacts.
- Click Add Contact.
- Enter the name and email address of the additional recipient.
- Select which notification categories this contact should receive.
- Click Save.
This is particularly useful for:
- Finance teams — receive invoice and payment notifications without needing portal access.
- Technical leads — receive subscription and platform alert notifications.
- Management — receive high-level billing summaries only.
Notification Email Format
All Rackwave notification emails follow a consistent format:
- From: A Rackwave no-reply address (do not reply directly to these emails).
- Subject: Clear, descriptive subject line (e.g. Invoice #47 — Payment Received).
- Content: Event summary, relevant action buttons (e.g. View Invoice, Access Platform), and a link to the portal.
- Footer: Notification management link to update your preferences.

- Verify your registered email address is correct under Profile Settings.
- Check whether your email provider is blocking external senders.
- If you use a corporate email gateway, ask your IT team to whitelist the Rackwave sending domain.
- Contact support if the issue persists — include your registered email and the notification type you are not receiving.
