Your profile picture (avatar) appears in the top-right corner of the Rackwave portal navigation bar and on support tickets. Adding a picture helps your team and support staff identify accounts at a glance, especially in multi-user portal environments.
Steps to Upload a Profile Picture
- Log in to your Rackwave client portal.
- Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.
- Select My Account or Profile Settings.
- Scroll to the Profile Picture section at the top of the page.
- Click Upload Picture or click directly on the current avatar placeholder.
- A file picker opens — select an image from your device.
- If a cropping tool appears, adjust the crop area to frame your image correctly, then confirm.
- Click Save Changes.
- Your new profile picture appears immediately in the navigation bar.

How to Remove or Replace Your Profile Picture
To replace: Follow the upload steps above — uploading a new image automatically replaces the existing one.
To remove:
- Go to My Account → Profile Settings.
- Click the Remove or Delete Picture link below your current avatar.
- Confirm the removal.
- Your avatar reverts to a default placeholder showing your initials.
Where Your Profile Picture Appears
- Portal navigation bar — top-right corner of every page in the Rackwave portal.
- Support tickets — next to your messages in ticket threads.
- Team member list — visible to portal administrators viewing the staff/contacts list.
Troubleshooting
