Your Rackwave profile stores your personal details, contact information, and business data used for invoicing and account communication. Keeping this information current ensures you receive invoices correctly, support tickets are processed smoothly, and platform notifications reach you reliably.
How to Access Profile Settings
- Log in to your Rackwave client portal.
- Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner of the navigation bar.
- Select My Account or Profile Settings from the dropdown.
- You will land on the profile management page.
Personal Information
The following personal fields can be updated at any time:

Company & Billing Information
Company details are used on all invoices and GST documents. It is important to ensure these are accurate before your first invoice is generated.

Preferences

How to Change Your Email Address
Your email address is your login credential and primary contact. Changing it requires an additional verification step:
- Go to Profile Settings and enter the new email address in the Email field.
- Click Save Changes.
- A verification email is sent to the new email address.
- Open the email and click the verification link.
- Your email is updated and you will need to use the new address on your next login.
Saving Your Changes
After making any changes on the profile page, scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes or Update Profile. Changes are applied immediately (except email address changes which require verification).
