This article walks you through every section of the Rackwave client dashboard so you know exactly where everything is from your very first login. The dashboard is your central hub for managing subscriptions, accessing platforms, viewing invoices, and reaching support.
Logging In
- Navigate to your Rackwave client portal URL.
- Enter your registered email address and password.
- Click Login. You will land on the main client dashboard.
Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is divided into the following main areas:

Left Sidebar — Navigation Menu
The left sidebar contains all primary navigation links. Here is what each section gives you access to:

Platform Cards — Your Services
The platform cards in the centre of the dashboard show every service you have access to. Each card displays:
- Platform name and logo — e.g. MigoSMTP, Telnxo.
- Status badge — Active, Trial, Suspended, or Expired.
- Plan name — the plan you are currently subscribed to.
- Expiry or renewal date — when your trial or subscription period ends.
- Access button — clicking this logs you in to the platform via SSO instantly.
Top Navigation Bar
The top bar contains the following elements from left to right:
- Menu toggle — collapses or expands the left sidebar on smaller screens.
- Search bar — search across invoices, tickets, and knowledge base articles.
- Notifications bell — alerts for new invoices, ticket replies, and system messages.
- Profile menu — quick access to your account settings and logout option.
Status Indicators
Service status badges use a consistent colour system across the dashboard:
