MigoSMTP is accessed directly from your Rackwave client dashboard using Single Sign-On (SSO). You do not need a separate username or password — your Rackwave session authenticates you automatically into your MigoSMTP workspace.
Prerequisites
- An active Rackwave account (registered and email-verified).
- An active or trial MigoSMTP subscription. If you have not subscribed yet, see MigoSMTP Quick Start Checklist.
Step-by-Step Access Guide
- Log in to your Rackwave client portal.
- From the main dashboard, locate your MigoSMTP service card. It displays the platform name, your current plan, and subscription status.
- Confirm the status badge shows Active or Trial.
- Click the Access Platform button on the card.
- A new browser tab opens and you are automatically logged in to your MigoSMTP dashboard at
app.migosmtp.com.
What You See on First Access
The first time you access MigoSMTP, your workspace is freshly provisioned. The dashboard will show:
- 0 emails sent — no messages have been dispatched yet.
- 0% delivery rate — no data to calculate a rate.
- Delivery score: Poor — this is expected; it improves as you send and build reputation.
- No domains configured — you need to add and verify at least one sending domain.
- Your plan details — displayed in the right panel showing your plan name, quota, and API key count.

Accessing MigoSMTP via the Services Page
In addition to the dashboard cards, you can access MigoSMTP from the Services page:
- Click Services in the left sidebar.
- Locate your MigoSMTP subscription in the list.
- Click Access or Go to Platform on the right side of the row.
Accessing via Direct URL (Returning Users)
Once your workspace is set up, you can also access MigoSMTP directly by navigating to app.migosmtp.com and logging in with your MigoSMTP workspace credentials. However, using the SSO button from Rackwave is always the fastest and most secure method — no separate password required.
Troubleshooting Access Issues
