Telnxo is accessed directly from your Rackwave client dashboard using Single Sign-On (SSO). No separate login is required — your Rackwave session automatically authenticates you into your dedicated Telnxo workspace.
Prerequisites
- An active Rackwave account (registered and email-verified).
- An active or trial Telnxo subscription. If you have not yet started your trial, contact support or navigate to the Services section of your Rackwave dashboard.
Step-by-Step Access Guide
- Log in to your Rackwave client portal.
- From the main dashboard, locate your Telnxo service card. It shows the platform name, your current plan, and subscription status.
- Confirm the status badge shows Active or Trial.
- Click the Access Platform button on the card.
- A new browser tab opens and you are automatically logged in to your Telnxo dashboard at
app.telnxo.com.
What You See on First Access
On your first Telnxo login your workspace is newly provisioned. The dashboard will show:
- 0 messages sent today — no activity yet across SMS, Voice, or WhatsApp.
- 0% delivery rate — no data available until first messages are sent.
- Delivery score: Poor — this is the default starting state; it improves as you send successfully.
- No API keys created — you will need to generate at least one API key before using the API.
- Trial plan details — your trial plan name, expiry date, and current usage shown in the Plan Details panel.
- Balance: $0.00 — your wallet balance; top-up required to send paid messages beyond trial credits.
Channel Activation After First Login
Unlike MigoSMTP, Telnxo supports multiple channels — SMS, Voice, and WhatsApp. Each channel may require individual activation steps:

Accessing Telnxo via the Services Page
You can also reach Telnxo from the Services section:
- Click Services in the Rackwave left sidebar.
- Find your Telnxo subscription row in the list.
- Click Access or Go to Platform at the right end of the row.
Troubleshooting Access Issues
