This guide walks you through creating your Rackwave account, verifying your email address, and completing the first-time setup. The entire process takes less than five minutes.
Step 1 — Visit the Registration Page
Go to your Rackwave client portal login page and click Register or Create an Account. You will be taken to the new account registration form.
Step 2 — Fill in Your Details
Complete the registration form with the following information:

Step 3 — Accept Terms & Submit
Read and accept the Rackwave Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then click Create Account. Your account is created instantly.
Step 4 — Verify Your Email Address
A verification email is sent to the address you registered with. Open the email and click the Verify Email button or link.
Step 5 — Log In to Your Dashboard
Once your email is verified, go to the login page, enter your email and password, and click Login. You will land on your main Rackwave client dashboard.
Step 6 — Complete Your Profile (Recommended)
Before subscribing to a platform, we recommend completing your profile:
- Go to My Account or Profile Settings from the top navigation.
- Add your billing address (required for GST invoices if you are an Indian business).
- Set your preferred timezone so dashboard times display correctly.
- Upload a profile picture (optional).
Step 7 — Subscribe to a Platform
From the dashboard, you can now browse available platforms — MigoSMTP, Telnxo, and others. Click Get Started or Try Free on any platform to activate your 14-day trial.
