Rackwave and all its platform dashboards (MigoSMTP, Telnxo) are web-based applications. No software installation is required. This article lists the supported browsers, operating systems, and connection requirements for the best experience.

Browser Extensions to Disable for Best Results
Certain browser extensions are known to interfere with dashboard functionality. If you experience unexpected behaviour, temporarily disable these:
- Ad blockers (uBlock Origin, AdBlock Plus) — may block analytics charts from rendering
- Privacy Badger — may block cross-domain SSO cookies
- VPN extensions — may interfere with IP-based rate limiting or SSO token validation
- Password managers (in rare cases) — may auto-fill fields incorrectly on platform dashboards
Cookies & JavaScript
Rackwave dashboards require the following browser features to be enabled:
- JavaScript — essential; the dashboard will not load without it.
- Cookies — required for session management and SSO token handling. Ensure third-party cookies are not blocked for Rackwave and platform domains.
- Local Storage — used for user preferences and UI state persistence.
- Pop-ups — the SSO button opens the platform dashboard in a new tab; ensure pop-ups are allowed for the Rackwave portal domain.
