Your Rackwave plan defines the features, quotas, and limits available to you on each platform. Understanding what your plan includes — and how to track your usage against it — helps you avoid hitting limits unexpectedly and decide when to upgrade.
Where to View Your Current Plan
Your plan information is visible in two places:
- Rackwave Portal → Services — shows a summary of all your active subscriptions with plan name, status, and renewal date.
- Platform Dashboard → Plan Details panel — available on the right side of both MigoSMTP and Telnxo dashboards, showing live quota consumption against plan limits.

What Happens When You Hit a Quota Limit

Pro tip: Set up delivery alerts in MigoSMTP (Dashboard → My Alerts) to receive an email notification when you reach 80% of your monthly quota — giving you time to upgrade before hitting the limit.
