What Happens When Your Trial Ends
- 3 days before expiry — you receive an email reminder to upgrade before your trial ends.
- On the expiry date — your platform access is suspended. You cannot send messages or access the platform dashboard via SSO.
- Your data is preserved — all configurations, logs, domains, SMTP accounts, templates, and API keys are retained.
- After upgrading — all your trial data and settings are restored instantly. No reconfiguration needed.
Data grace period: Trial data is preserved for 30 days after expiry. If you have not upgraded within 30 days of trial expiry, your workspace data may be scheduled for deletion. Upgrade promptly to avoid data loss.
Can the Trial Be Extended?
Trial extensions are not available by default. However, in certain circumstances Rackwave support may grant a short extension:
- You were unable to complete testing due to a platform issue on Rackwave's side.
- Your WhatsApp WABA approval is still pending through Meta (outside of Rackwave's control).
- Your DLT registration is awaiting approval from the telecom operator.
To request an extension, open a support ticket before your trial expires, explain the reason, and a member of the team will review your request.
