How to Pay an Invoice Online (Card / UPI / Net Banking)

- Go to Invoices in the sidebar.
- Find the unpaid invoice and click Pay Now.
- The payment gateway opens — select your preferred payment method (Card, UPI, Net Banking).
- Enter your payment details and complete any OTP or 3D Secure verification required by your bank.
- On successful payment, the invoice status changes to Paid and a payment confirmation email is sent.
How to Save a Card for Future Payments
- Go to My Account → Payment Methods (or Billing → Saved Cards).
- Click Add New Card.
- Enter your card number, expiry date, and CVV.
- Complete the one-time verification by your card issuer.
- Click Save Card.
Saved cards are stored securely by the payment gateway using PCI-DSS compliant tokenisation. Rackwave never stores your raw card details on its own servers.
Setting a Default Payment Method
If you have multiple saved cards, you can designate one as the default for automatic subscription renewals:
- Go to Payment Methods.
- Click Set as Default next to the card you want to use for renewals.
- A Default badge appears on that card.
- Future renewal invoices will be automatically charged to this card on the due date.
Paying via Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
- Download the invoice PDF — it contains Rackwave's bank account details at the bottom.
- Initiate the transfer from your bank for the exact invoice amount.
- In the transfer remarks/reference field, include your invoice number (e.g. INV-00047) so the payment can be matched to your account.
- Email your payment confirmation (UTR number and screenshot) to the Rackwave accounts team or attach it to a support ticket.
- Once the transfer is confirmed (typically within 1 business day), the invoice is marked as Paid and your service is activated or renewed.
Updating or Removing a Saved Card
To update an expired card:
- Go to Payment Methods.
- Click Remove next to the expired card.
- Click Add New Card and enter the updated card details.
- Set the new card as default if required.
To remove a card:
- Go to Payment Methods.
- Click Remove next to the card you want to delete.
- Confirm the removal. The card is deleted from the payment gateway immediately.
