The MigoSMTP dashboard is your command centre for everything related to email sending — from live delivery stats and reputation scores to platform navigation and plan details. This article explains every element you see on the dashboard so you can interpret your data accurately from day one.
Dashboard Layout Overview
The MigoSMTP dashboard is divided into five main areas:
- Top header banner — greeting, date/time, platform health, and subscription status.
- Key metric cards — four summary stats for your sending activity.
- 7-Day Volume chart — visual representation of your recent sending volume.
- Delivery Score / Reputation panel — your overall sender health score.
- Plan Details panel — your current plan, usage, and quota information.
1. Top Header Banner
| Element | What It Shows |

| Greeting | Your workspace name and current time in your configured timezone |
| Platform Health | ● Platform is healthy — all MigoSMTP systems are operating normally. If there is a degraded status or outage, this indicator changes colour and shows a message. |
| Sent Today | Total number of emails dispatched since midnight in your timezone |
| Delivered | Number of today's sent emails confirmed as delivered by the receiving server |
| Rate (Today) | Today's delivery success percentage (Delivered ÷ Sent × 100) |
| Plan badge | Your current plan name (e.g. 30k Email SMTP Server) with status and expiry date |
2. Key Metric Cards
The four cards below the header give you a 30-day snapshot of your sending performance:

| Total Sent (30D) | Total emails sent in the last 30 days. Shows today's count and total spend below. | Within your monthly plan limit |
| Delivery Rate | Percentage of sent emails successfully delivered. Shown in green when healthy, red when below threshold. | > 95% |
| Bounced / Failed | Number of emails that bounced (hard + soft) and the overall bounce rate percentage. | < 2% bounce rate |
| In Queue | Emails currently waiting for delivery — deferred messages scheduled for retry. | 0 (or low) |
3. 7-Day Volume Chart
The bar chart shows your daily email volume for the last 7 days broken into three categories:
- Delivered — emails successfully accepted by the recipient server.
- Bounced — emails permanently or temporarily rejected.
- Deferred — emails delayed by the receiving server, queued for retry.
Click Full Report in the top-right corner of the chart panel to open the detailed delivery analytics page with date range filtering and export options.
4. Reputation / Delivery Score Panel
The Delivery Score is a number from 0 to 100 reflecting your overall sender health. It is calculated from a combination of:
- Bounce rate over the last 30 days
- Spam complaint rate
- Delivery success rate
- Authentication status (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- IP reputation signals
| Score Range | Label | What It Means |
|---|---|---|
| 90 – 100 | Excellent | Outstanding sender health; maximum inbox placement |
| 70 – 89 | Good | Healthy sending practices; minor room for improvement |
| 50 – 69 | Fair | Some issues detected; review bounce and complaint rates |
| 0 – 49 | Poor | Significant issues; immediate attention required to prevent suspension |
New accounts always start with a Poor (0) score because there is no sending history. The score improves automatically as you send successfully and maintain low bounce and complaint rates.
5. Plan Details Panel
The Plan Details panel on the right side of the dashboard shows your current subscription at a glance:
