Who the Terms Apply To

- Team members added to an account who access the portal or platform dashboards.
Your Obligations as a User

Prohibited Uses
The following uses are explicitly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension without refund:

- Phishing, spoofing, or impersonating any person, company, or government entity.
- Sending malware, viruses, or malicious links.
- Harvesting email addresses or phone numbers without consent.
- Using Rackwave to send messages that violate the laws of the sender's or recipient's jurisdiction.
- Reselling or sub-licensing Rackwave services without an explicit written reseller agreement.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Rackwave infrastructure.
- Using the platform to send content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or harmful to minors.
Rackwave's Rights and Obligations
